How do I use the Soaak App’s dual audio feature?

To use our dual audio feature, start by playing a frequency in the Soaak App. Then, leave the app and select another audio or video source, like a podcast, Audible, Spotify, Pandora, YouTube, or any other audio or video app. The frequency will continue playing in the background, and when you press play on your chosen audio. If you'd like to adjust the volume of the frequency while it plays behind the other audio, simply return to the frequency player page in the Soaak App and use the volume bar at the bottom of the page to make adjustments.

What are the best practices for using the Soaak App’s frequency compositions?

For optimal results, we recommend using the frequency compositions 2-3 times per day. For example, start your day with the Energy/High Vibes frequency upon waking, utilize the Focus frequency during work or projects, and finish with either Stress Relief or Sleep Well as you wind down in the evening.

The Sleep Well frequency composition can be used both at bedtime or during a nap. Additionally, you can take advantage of our looping feature to play the frequencies continuously throughout the night if desired.

We encourage you to listen to your body and adjust usage as desired. Feel free to use the frequencies as often as you find beneficial, and if you need a break, it's perfectly fine to take a day off. While there’s no strict protocol, we do recommend limiting the Whole Body Detox frequency to once per day.

Lastly, staying hydrated is important while using the frequencies. Drinking plenty of water helps your cells become more receptive to the frequencies and supports overall well-being.

When you press play on your podcast or music, the frequency volume will lower slightly but will still continue playing in the background. Do the Original, Nature, and Music listening options have the same effectiveness?

Yes. Soaak sound frequencies affect your body on the cellular level, regardless of the listening option chosen, Original, Nature, or Music. Soaak sound frequencies can be played on virtually any speaker, including headphones or earphones, and will be heard by your cells, regardless of the volume or type of speaker selected.

Are headphones required?
